Launching OMeR

It is recommended to launch OMeR from Melody Assistant or Harmony Assistant by using File>Scan with OMeR. Thus, all generated files will be displayed and transformed in music documents as soon as the application is activated again. Application activating can be automatic (see OMeR's general setup)

You can also run OMeR as an independent application. Each converted page or document will be saved with the ".msf" extension in the OMeR's "Results" folder.

Melody Assistant or Harmony Assistant can load "msf" documents generated by OMeR. Do do this, select "File>Import>OMeR file", move to the OMeR's result folder (My Documents/Myriad Documents/OMeR) and select an "msf" document in the file list.

Tip : In the "Your name/Myriad Documents/OMeR" folder you will find a "Demos” folder with some samples.
You can try them on your computer.
