I was trying to install this software but was encountering same problems with the normal and the Pro version. More so, after this installation, it seems to break my synaptic package manager as the package manager is complaining cannot get packages list from a 32bit repository.
I can complete the installation and the program will run by showing its own windows. However after that it complain about a crash and ask me whether to report, either option will end up a force close.
The terminal output is:
$ /usr/bin/PDFtoMusic
/usr/bin/xdg-open: line 621: 6903 Real-time signal 0 kde-open${KDE_SESSION_VERSION} "$1" Terminated
That's a technical issue we can't address on the forum... The best thing to do is actually to go through the report procedure (at the end of the crash). It will send Myriad the technical data of your system and help them find a solution. Don't forget to mention the installation problems in the message.

Thanks for the prompt reapond. I did allow the program to send crash report but I did not know if it is something that will be patched or not. How am I going to track on the issue? Sorry if this is answered somewhere as I am a total newbie here.
Probably you'll get a reply from Myriad very soon (they probably need a little time time to analyze the situation). Usually they do manage to find the solution.
