I do´nt think that all these sounds will evre be included in the myriad sound bases, but you can create your own personal sounds. You can import .wav sounds or soundfonts. Just have a look at this tutorial:

I use this feature quite often if I need a special sound that is not included in the original sound bases or in the Gold sound base.
