1. I have attempted almost every tutorial at doing this, however I cannot find out how to use virtual singer. I add lyrics, I see the virtual singer in the virtual singer tab, however when it plays I hear nothing. Please help. I have tried this in both melody assistant and harmony assistant(I own both as well as Virtual Singer). Please help me with steps to make it sing.

Make sure the voice are turned on, and the general volume is loud enough. Also, are your speakers working? If VS isn't singing, the instrument assigned to each voice should be heard. If your are hearing nothing, then the voices are turned off, or something else has cut off the sound.

En primer lugar, asegúrate que los íconos del altavoz correspondiente a cada voz estén activados. Sitúate en el modo Edición (Crt+T) A la izquierda verás esos íconos. No obstante pueden ser varias las causas, sobre todo si se trata de una importación de otro archivo no nativo de Harmony. Si no consigues activar la voz, lo ideal es que adjuntes el fichero para analizarlo.

Tenía que haberte preguntado a tí, que -recuerdo- llevas años manejando Harmony Yo lo compré por lo que tu me dijiste, y lo utilizo para cantar partituras Algunas, canta perfectamente 4 pentagramas; en otras, solo canta el primer pentagrama (traslado todas las voces a ese pentagrama, para oir polifonía) También tengo el programa Ludwig3.0, que reproduce muy bien el sonido -sin letra- de 8 voces
Celebro saludarte de nuevo José Ignacio. No entiendo muy bien lo que haces con los pentagramas. En principio, todos los pentagramas que contengan letra y un Virtual Singer asignado debe de reproducirse, incluso si los fusionas. Verifica lo que te dije. También en la mesa de mezclas podrás ver los potenciómetros y otras funciones de reproducción. Si no consigues resultados, es mejor que adjuntes el archivo. Un abrazo. Pepe.

Escribo la letra en todos los pentagramas, y les asigno voz, pero, aún así, solo reproduce el primero. Mañana haré más pruebas -aunque tengo 5 nietos alrededor...-

Nice to see that old acquaintances are getting back in touch through this forum.
I strongly suggest you to follow the advice of Sr. Oliveira, which follows mine, and suggest you to post a sample file for your problem here; particularly if your files originate from Encore, which I know quite a lot and still use for any significant file creation (and printing).
Additionally, it might be good to tell if the files originate from Encore V455 or V5... direct read by HA is much better with the former.
